Starting tonight (April 23rd) will be the beginning of a special family fast for Grandpa Gerber,
to release him from his struggle.
We have all been very touched by his amazing life!
I know that I will always remember bouncing on his knees as a
child, until he would slip me to the floor in a fit of giggles...
and especially the great care he took with
many of his grandchildren to paint a red smiley face on our scraped knees.
He is a wonderful example of a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather!
